With over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital products, he works closely with our CTO to lead our team of developers and engineers, ensuring every system is architected for real world impact, resilience and long term scalability.

As Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SoluteLabs, he has delivered more than 150 products globally and built production grade AI systems including multi agent healthcare platforms, AI driven sales automation engines, real time trading assistants and enterprise computer vision systems achieving over 97% accuracy. Earlier in his career at Optiva Inc. and Tata Consultancy Services, he worked on national scale telecom data and regulatory systems, strengthening his expertise in large scale data architecture and performance optimisation. At VOAI, Karan ensures innovation is thoughtful, commercially grounded and built to perform.
